Our refund policy is very simply and very friendly
If you have not yet received the item and it has not yet been shipped you may request a refund at any time for any reason no questions asked.
If we have already shipped your item and you change your mind about your purchase, you will need to return the item in order to receive a refund and the shipping charge will not be refundable.
If an item that you have received is damaged, you will receive a replacement or if agreed upon, a refund.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to full refund on your item.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING MY RETURN?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
We do not refund customers for refusing parcels. If the shipment has left our store, you are responsible to receive your parcel and pay any local or custom tax that your country may, or may not place on incoming items.
This is out of our control. We are not liable for your change of mind, or refusal of items to be paid by you. Upon purchasing your goods you are clearly aware of this. We will not be refunding your money if your shipment has left the shop.
